Important: BuzzLinc operates on a subscription-based model with a 3-month free trial period. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Free Trial Period
3-Month Free Trial
All new BuzzLinc users receive a 3-month free trial with full access to their selected plan features. During this trial period:
No credit card is required to start your trial
You can cancel at any time without any charges
No refunds are applicable as no payment has been made
After the trial ends, you have a 7-day grace period to subscribe
If you don't subscribe within the grace period, your account will be suspended
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Access terminates immediately - You will lose access to all paid features right away
No refunds for current period - You will not receive a refund for the current billing month
Data preservation - Your data will be preserved and you can reactivate your subscription at any time
No future charges - You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
⚠️ Important Notice:
Unlike many SaaS platforms, BuzzLinc cancellations are immediate. You will lose access to paid features as soon as you cancel, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current billing period. Please ensure you want to cancel before proceeding.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your BuzzLinc account
Go to Dashboard → Billing
Click on "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm your cancellation in the dialog box
You will receive a confirmation email
Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at info@greengroovetech.com with your account details, and we will process the cancellation for you.
3. Refund Policy
General Refund Terms
All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following specific circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5-7 business days.
Service Unavailability: If BuzzLinc experiences a complete service outage for more than 72 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
Unauthorized Charges: If you can demonstrate that a charge was made without your authorization, we will investigate and issue a refund if the claim is verified.
Technical Issues: If a critical technical issue prevents you from using core features of your subscribed plan for more than 7 consecutive days, and our support team is unable to resolve it, you may request a prorated refund.
Not Eligible for Refund:
Change of mind or no longer needing the service
Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
Partial month usage (we do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations)
Dissatisfaction with features (please use the free trial to evaluate)
Account suspension due to violation of Terms and Conditions
Switching to a different plan (you can switch plans, but no refund for the current period)
Issues caused by third-party integrations or services
User error or misuse of the platform

4. Plan Switching Policy
You can switch between subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) at any time:
Switching Plans:
Immediate Effect: When you switch plans, your current subscription is canceled immediately, and you lose access to the current plan's features.
No Refund: You will not receive a refund for the remaining days of your current billing period.
New Charge: You will be charged the full amount for the new plan immediately.
Recommendation: We recommend waiting until your current billing period ends to avoid losing money on unused days.
⚠️ Warning:
Switching plans mid-cycle means you'll lose the remaining value of your current subscription. For example, if you switch from Professional to Starter on day 10 of your billing cycle, you'll lose the remaining 20 days you've already paid for on the Professional plan.
5. Refund Request Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined above, please follow these steps:
Contact Support: Email our support team at info@greengroovetech.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Account Email]"
Provide Details: Include the following information:
Your account email address
Transaction ID or invoice number
Date of the charge
Reason for the refund request
Any supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
Review Period: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
Decision Notification: You will receive an email with our decision and explanation
Refund Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original payment method
Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Razorpay, Stripe, or Polar) and your bank. We have no control over the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
6. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback) without first contacting us:
Your BuzzLinc account will be immediately suspended
We will provide evidence of the legitimate charge to your payment provider
If the chargeback is found to be invalid, you may be responsible for chargeback fees
Your account will remain suspended until the dispute is resolved

7. Enterprise Plan Refunds
Enterprise plan subscriptions may have custom terms and conditions, including:
Custom billing cycles (quarterly, annually)

If you are on an Enterprise plan, please refer to your signed agreement or contact your dedicated account manager for specific refund and cancellation terms.
